Financial Assistance Programs

Have an interest in training but need help paying?
KCI EMT Training offers payment plans for EMT courses.
Financing can also be obtained from financial instutions.

Need help financing your program?

You have come to the right place. KCI EMT Training does offer in-house financing, but there are other options to help pay for your EMS training program.
The simplest option for traditional classes is to register for a class a few months or more in the future by paying only the deposit. In the time between paying the deposit and when class starts, you can make as many payments of any size until the full balance is paid. If you don’t have time to wait, or plan to take an online course, other options are:

PayPal

We accept Paypal for payment and there is a Paypal Credit program that allows you six months to pay. If you pay in that time, there are no interest charges. For information on this program click the logo below or go to https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/terms/paypal-credit.

Mountain America Credit Union

Mountain America Credit Union offers student loans for all of our programs. We have an agreement with them and can help you navigate the loan process. Mountain America Credit Union will let us know you have applied, and we will send an authorization from the school to facilitate your loan process.  https://www.macu.com/loans/personal-loans/student-loan.

Veteran Discount

KCI EMT Training is proud to serve our nation’s veterans and their families. Your service is appreciated. If you are a veteran or the spouse of a veteran, you may qualify for tuition assistance.

Utah Department of Workforce Services

The Utah Department of Workforce Services has a program where you may qualify for reduced tuition on an EMT or AEMT program. To see of you qualify, please contact your counselor or the department for more details. You can also give our administration offices a call and we will refer you to the appropriate contact. If you qualify, you will receive a prepaid credit card from The Department of Workforce Services. When you receive and activate your card, you can go online register for the class you want to take, pay the deposit and for any supplies you may need. Remaining balance due by first day of class.

Student Loans/Scholarships

KCI EMT Training does not offer Title IV student loans and does not participate in the Pell Grant  or any other college scholarship program.

COVID-19 ANNOUNCEMENT - KCI EMT TRAINING

We’re facing an unprecedented time. Our families, businesses and communities are all being affected by the coronavirus. Together, we will get through this and I wanted to update you on the measures that KCI EMT Training is taking to ensure continuity of EMS Training service while protecting our customers, partners and team members as COVID-19 runs its course.

KCI EMT Trainings operations and services will not be impacted by COVID-19. As a precautionary measure, all KCI EMT Training team instructors have transitioned to working from home through at least the end of April. Our teams are being asked to work with students through digital channels as much as possible. This means we’re adhering to cancellations and postponing in-person classroom trainings and all skills practices, until we can assure the health and safety of our students, staff and community. Our workforce is already very diverse geographically, well-equipped and digital. Expect no disruption in service.

Please visit KCI EMT Training on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter where we are sharing blogs and digital media content and safety-related information regarding the COVID-19 situation.
